Different Gifts

Romans 12:4-8 reads, “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.”

This week we were challenged as a congregation to pray over ways in which God is leading us to serve at TCNaz. Take a moment to review the areas of ministry we have available:

TCNAZ KIDZ
Sunday Service Rotation – Serving on a monthly rotation; teaching Bible lessons to kids 3yrs & older
Nursery – Serve on a monthly rotation to care for babies 6wks to 2yrs for the full service
Leadership Team – Meet monthly to plan events and analyze Christlike care of children
VELOCITY TEENS
Leadership Team – Meet monthly to plan events and analyze Christlike care of teenagers
Sunday Night Rotation – Serve on a monthly rotation as a Sunday night volunteer
WELCOME TEAM
Coffee Crew – Making coffee and connections
Welcome Team – Be on the front line to welcome families
TECH MINISTRY
ProPresenter – Preparing and running slides
Video – Create and live stream videos
Sound – Run soundboard/worship equipment
WORSHIP TEAM
Vocalists – Participate in rehearsals and lead others in Sunday church service
Musicians – Engage and lead worship and participate in rehearsals
BUILDING AND GROUNDS
Lawn Care – Weekly mowing and weeding
Maintenance – Fix and update building concerns
CONGREGATIONAL CARE
Online Hosts – Welcome and interact with our online Sunday morning worshippers
Visitation Team – Join a rotation to visit and build relationships with shut-ins
Meal Trains – Organize meals for those in need
Prayer Team – Support the church in prayer and help connect needs with praying members

You are gifted by God in amazing ways. I pray you take the opportunity this week to fill out a Serving card and use your gifts to be an active servant in the Body of Christ.
